Koto may refer to:
The koto or kotomisse is a traditional dress from the Afro-Surinamese women or Creoles in Suriname. The koto was developed during the slavery period in Suriname; its special purpose was to protect the Afro-Surinamese woman against their masters’ sexual interest.
Different kotos exist for various occasions like weddings or funerals. The development of the koto as regular dress is not complete but it is still used in special occasions like the koto-dansi.
With the koto, women wear a head or body covering called an angisa or anisa. The folding of the angisa sends a social message, for example “Let them talk.”

Koto is an Italian synthpop group that originally consisted of Anfrando Maiola and Stefano Cundari, later with the Dutch composer Michiel van der Kuy.
In 1982, Italian musician Anfrando Maiola (b. 1954 in Parma, Italy) teamed up with Stefano Cundari and Alessandro Zanni and released their first single "Chinese Revenge" on Cellophane Record (Studio Veronica's label). The following year, Cundari and Zanni formed Memory Records and re-released "Chinese Revenge". The single proved to be very popular in Italy, selling over 10,000 copies. It also proved to be a minor hit in Germany and the Netherlands.
After the success of "Chinese Revenge", they began writing songs for other bands, including Baby's Gang ("Happy Song", "Challenger"), and helped fellow Italian band "Hipnosis" cover Vangelis' song "Pulstar". It was released in 1983, going Top 10 in Germany and Top 20 in Switzerland. The same year, Maiola and Cundari released another single "Japanese War Game", under the Koto name, which became another hit.

"Hello" is a song by English singer Adele. It was released on 23 October 2015 by XL Recordings as the lead single from her third studio album, 25 (2015). Adele co-wrote the song with her producer, Greg Kurstin. "Hello" is a piano ballad with soul influences, and lyrics that discuss themes of nostalgia and regret. Upon release, the song was well received by music critics, who compared it favourably to Adele's previous work and praised the song's lyrics and Adele's vocals.
"Hello" attained international commercial success reaching number one in almost every country it charted in, including the United Kingdom, where it became her second UK number-one single, following "Someone like You", and has the largest opening week sales in three years. In the United States, "Hello" debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Adele's fourth number-one on the chart and breaking several records, including becoming the first song to sell over a million digital copies in a week.
The accompanying music video was directed by Xavier Dolan and co-stars Adele and Tristan Wilds. The music video for the song broke the Vevo Record by achieving over 27.7 million views within a 24-hour span, held previously by Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" which accumulated 20.1 million views in that timeframe. It also broke the record for shortest time to attain 100 million Vevo views, previously held by Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball", as well as shortest time to reach 1 billion YouTube views (88 days). Adele promoted the song with a live performance on a BBC one-hour special, entitled Adele at the BBC.
"Hello" is a remix single by The Beloved. "Hello" appears on the Happiness album. By peaking at #19 in the UK, on 5 January 1990, it was, at the time, their highest-charting single, a record it held for almost exactly 3 years, until "Sweet Harmony," the first single taken from the Conscience album, reached Number 8, on 18 January 1993, this way becoming the band's new highest-charting single, a record it still holds.
At least three additional remixes were exclusive to other formats: "Hello (Boys & Girls)" and "Hello (Uncle Arthur)" appeared on the 12-inch vinyl version, and "Hello (Dolly)" appeared on both the cassette and 7-inch versions. In addition, a Razormaid! remix of the song appeared on the Razormaid! Anniversary 9.0 compilation album. As for "Hello (What's All This Then?)" and "Hello (Honky Tonk)," two of the five remixes of the main title on the CD single release, they would both later resurface on the following Blissed Out remix album, the sister release to Happiness, the second remix only featuring on the CD and MC editions of the work, but not on the vinyl LP, which only contained the first. The MC edition only of Blissed Out also included "Paradise (My Darling, My Angel)," representing then previously unreleased sixth track on the "Hello" CD single.
Hello God are you out there can you hear me are you listening any more
Hello God if we're still on speaking terms can you help me like before
I have questioned your existence my resistance leaves me cold
Can you help me go the distance hello God hello hello
This old world has gone to pieces can we fix it is there time
Hate and violence just increases we're so selfish cruel and blind
We fight and kill each other in your name defending you
Do you love some more than others we're so lost and confused
Hello God are you out there can you hear us are you listening any more
Hello God if we're still on speaking terms can you help us like before
Oh the free will you have given we have made a mockery of
This is no way to be livin' we're in great need of your love
Hello God (hello hello)
Hello God can you grant us love enough to start again
Hello God is there still a chance that we can make amends
Hello God we've learned our lesson dear God don't let us go
Oh now more than ever Hello God. Hello hello
Hello God we really need you we can't make it without you
Hello God we beseech you in the name of all that's true
Hello God please forgive us for we know not what we do
Hello God give us one more chance to prove ourselves to you
